These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ASTRÆ, a digital astrology platform operated by P-Eleven Ltd (company number registered in England and Wales), trading as P-11 Digital. By accessing or using ASTRÆ at www.astraezodiac.com or any associated domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ASTRÆ provides astrology content including daily horoscopes, zodiac sign readings, natal birth chart interpretations, compatibility reports, yearly forecasts, and access to live astrologer sessions. Content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
ASTRÆ is operated by P-11 Digital, a trading division of P-Eleven Ltd. All contracts, subscriptions, and purchases are entered into with P-Eleven Ltd as the legal entity.
ASTRÆ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans (Oracle and Cosmos) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable under UK law.
Free Trial: New Oracle and Cosmos subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.
Refunds: In accordance with UK consumer law, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once delivery has commenced and you have acknowledged this. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@p-eleven.com.
Birth chart reports, compatibility reports, yearly forecasts, and live reading sessions are available as one-off purchases. These are non-refundable once the product has been generated or the session has commenced.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content or AI-generated readings at scale; (c) share, resell, or redistribute subscription access; (d) use automated tools to access the service without permission.
All content on ASTRÆ — including AI-generated readings, design, copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of P-Eleven Ltd trading as P-11 Digital. Personal readings generated for your account are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be commercially reproduced.
Astrological content on ASTRÆ is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, financial, psychological, or legal. P-Eleven Ltd makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any astrological content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-Eleven Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ASTRÆ. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of ASTRÆ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
